Get healthy with us. In January 2010, we will begin a 12 week journey to start you on the road to better health, or to help motivate you to stay on that road. We will partner with the YMCA and other fitness groups, to help you learn balance and give you opportunities to exercise, learn better eating habits, and have regular accountability through weekly meetings and weigh-ins. We'll try to make it fun and help you become the person you want to be.
